How to Use (Website + Mobile App)
Use this section as a complete quick-start guide for admins, executives, and users.
1. Login and Access
Open the website and sign in with your username and password.
After login, the dashboard opens based on your role:
admin and executive get dashboard tools, user gets tracking/task view.
Admins can now log in on multiple devices/browsers at the same time.
2. Admin and Executive Workflow (Website)
Create tracking links using Name, Task Name, and Destination, then share the generated link with the user.
Monitor live tasks in the task table: status, checklist progress, battery level, and last seen time.
Open task details to add checklist items, upload task documents, and review comments/checklist completion.
Use map view to track live location and movement history (footsteps) for each task.
3. Manage Accounts and Teams (Admin)
Create users with username, display name, password, team, and role.
Manage company/team members, change role or status, reset passwords, and remove accounts when required.
Use Company Summary and Plan Summary to control plan limits (Admin/Executive/User counts).
Use force logout options only when you need to clear stuck sessions or secure a compromised account.
4. User Workflow (Tracking Link)
User opens the shared link and logs in if required.
Tap Accept to start sharing live location.
Allow required permissions:
Location set to "Allow all the time", notifications enabled, battery optimization disabled/unrestricted.
Keep internet on while traveling; tracking updates are sent automatically.
Complete assigned checklist items and add comments when requested.
5. Mobile App Workflow
Install/open the app and grant first-time permissions (Location + Notifications).
If opened from task link, verify task details and tap Accept & Start.
If opened manually, fill task fields, generate/copy/share link, then start tracking.
Keep background tracking enabled; the app sends location approximately every 10 seconds.
For Android reliability, set battery mode to unrestricted and allow background activity.
6. Notifications and Alerts
Admins can configure notification title prefix and inactive threshold from Notification Settings.
Push alerts help admins react quickly when a user goes inactive for too long.
Users/executives should keep notifications enabled to receive task updates.
7. Troubleshooting
If tracking is not updating: check GPS permission, internet connectivity, and battery optimization settings.
If account shows inactive: contact your team admin to reactivate user/team status.
If map or task details look stale: refresh dashboard or re-open task view.
Best practice: admins should test one end-to-end task flow (create link -> accept in mobile -> live map update -> checklist completion) after major updates.
